BILLY
Billy appears in filler episode #41, "I Love Mylene!" A resident of the agriculture ship Sunny Flower, Billy was orphaned at an early age. Refusing help from anyone, he continued to live alone in the farmhouse on a small hill. His love for Fire Bomber started when he saw them at their first live in Katasumi Park in 2045. Classical music was often played in speakers set around the fields to help the plants grow, but Billy liked to play Fire Bomber to the plants, angering neighboring farmers. His favorite member of the band was Mylene, and he quickly became a fan of all things Mylene, even making himself a stuffed Guvava to sit on top of his shoulder. Billy dreamed of meeting Mylene one day.
However, the meeting did not go as planned. While following her and Gamlin on one of their dates, Billy was spotted by Mylene snapping pictures and she immediately accused him of spying on them. Billy tried to look under Mylene's skirt and she got angry. After several repeated encounters, Billy finally wheedled his way into one of Fire Bomber's rehearsals. The other members of the band thought it was amusing, but Mylene did not. Her harsh words wounded Billy and he left in tears. When Mylene found him to apologize, it was at a stand selling nude "pictures" of her, and she immediately accused Billy of selling pictures.
Later, Gamlin told her that the two men who were selling pictures had blamed it on Billy to clear themselves of blame, but he had caught them. Mylene boarded her Valkyrie and went to the Sunny Flower to apologize, but while she was there, Gabil and the Varauta troops attacked. Gabil himself infiltrated the Sunny Flower bridge, but Mylene had started singing to Billy and the spiritia in her song reached Gabil, who flew out in his battroid to try and destroy Mylene. Gabil succeeded in knocking her Valkyrie over, but Billy turned on "Planet Dance" from the speakers in the farm fields, defeating Gabil.
