After Lieutenant Docker was put out of commission when he was drained of spiritia, Physica joined Diamond Force in his place. Young and relatively naive, Physica remained in awe of Kinryu and Gamlin, the two veteran pilots of Diamond Force, for his entire career as a member of the elite squadron. As he grew more experienced, Kinryu and Gamlin pushed him harder, urging him on when he faltered and giving him words of advice when he wasn't sure he could make it.
Physica was married, with his wife and young son living in City 7. While the city was separated from the fleet, his son turned two. Physica made him a small music box to commemorate the occasion. The music box contained a picture of the happy family and played a tinkling version of Fire Bomber's Planet Dance.
Unfortunately, Physica was killed in battle before he could be reunited with his family, and Kinryu was attacked by Sivil before he could deliver the sad news. Gamlin then took it upon himself to visit Physica's family. To his horror, he saw that Physica's wife had already remarried, with her son calling the man "Daddy." Instead of giving them the music box, Gamlin kept it for himself, in rememberance of a brave teammate.
