Docker is the leader of the VF-19 Emerald Force. Formerly D-3 of Diamond Force, he was drained of spiritia in one of the first battles against the Varautans, and remained in a coma for the early part of the war. Fire Bomber and Chiba's Sound Energy therapy helped him recover, and when he was well again was given the command of the new Emerald Force.
An extremely good pilot but also extremely arrogant, Docker's ego is as big as his mouth. He constantly brags about his accomplishments to others, not caring if the others are willing to listen or not. He believes that there is truly nothing he cannot do, and often goes out of his way to take credit for himself at the expense of others. He is, however, a dedicated soldier and a good friend at heart.
Docker's biggest rival is the captain of Diamond Force and his former flightmate, Gamlin Kizaki. Feeling that he has to prove himself better than Gamlin, Docker forces a confrontation in every battle between Emerald and Diamond Forces, intruding on Diamond Force's area of jurisdiction just to annoy Gamlin. Another of Docker's schemes is to take Mylene Jenius away from Gamlin and make her his own girlfriend.
Docker's craft was destroyed in the last Protodeviln battle but he managed to survive and witness the end of the war.
